**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Editing raw videos based on scripts or content guidelines, applying cuts, transitions, audio adjustments, and narrative pacing; Creating and applying motion graphics (text animations, graphic elements, lower thirds, bumpers, etc.) using After Effects or similar tools; Adapting videos for different formats and platforms, such as Reels (9:16\), YouTube Shorts, Stories, and landscape format for traditional YouTube; Editing videos with an aesthetic tailored to social media, considering viewer retention speed, visually engaging elements, and dynamic soundtracks; Basic color grading and audio correction when necessary to ensure minimum visual standards; Adding subtitles and animated titles to videos manually or automatically; Organizing files and projects in local folders or platforms like Google Drive, Frame.io, or Notion, maintaining a clean and traceable workflow; Creating reusable motion graphics templates to accelerate production of recurring content; Collaborating with scriptwriters, art directors, and social media teams to align visual language with communication strategy; Optional and experimental use of AI tools such as Veo 3, Runway, Descript, or Midjourney for innovative visual creation tests; Participating in creative brainstorming meetings, contributing storytelling ideas and visual solutions; Reviewing and refining edits based on feedback, maintaining a receptive and professional attitude; **REQUIREMENTS:** Practical knowledge of video editing, with basic/intermediate proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut; Experience (even academic or personal) with motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools; Portfolio with real examples of edits or animations – does not need to be professional, but must demonstrate technical skill and creativity; Currently enrolled regularly in a Cinema, Audiovisual, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field course – from the 3rd semester onward (or equivalent).
