Focus on cash flow predictability and decision-making support ### **Film Distribution Company Hiring: Senior Financial Assistant** * **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; remote work on Fridays. ### **Summary:** To ensure organizational control and financial health of the company, performing strategically and integrally within accounts payable and accounts receivable routines. Responsible for ensuring accurate execution of financial processes, contributing to cash flow predictability, tax compliance, and management decision-making support. ### **Responsibilities:** * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Updating and monitoring cash flow; * Managing delinquency and supporting negotiations with customers; * Liaising with suppliers; * Issuing and managing electronic invoices (NFe); * Preparing and updating financial and managerial reports (e.g., supplier advances, receivables, cash flow, among others); * Bank reconciliation and support for monthly closing; * Interfacing with internal departments (sales, operations, legal) and supporting audits; * Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures. ### **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting; ### **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis); * Experience with ERP systems and strong system navigation skills; * Proven experience in financial routines, with focus on billing and accounts receivable/payable; * Knowledge of financial and accounting processes; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Experience in cash flow monitoring and control is desirable; * Experience in the audiovisual industry segment is desirable. ### **Company Information:** * **Sector:** Film Distribution Company; * **Location:** Rio de Janeiro / Barra da Tijuca; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
