Job Summary: The Content Analyst will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing institutional and strategic content to strengthen the organization’s mission and engage diverse audiences. The professional will work in partnership with design, media, and advocacy teams, monitoring communication trends in the third sector and producing content aligned with the organization’s institutional positioning. **Responsibilities:** * Produce, review, and manage institutional content for different channels and formats, including website, social media, newsletters, campaigns, and institutional materials. * Develop content related to key themes in coordination with the responsible area, translating data and analyses into accessible and strategic narratives. * Draft news items, articles, reports, and content for institutional newsletters and periodic communications. * Support institutional campaigns and communication initiatives related to the organization’s projects and initiatives. * Attend events, meetings, and travel representing the organization, documenting and producing content about activities carried out. * Collaborate with design, audiovisual, media, and project teams to ensure alignment of institutional messaging. * Research communication trends, the third sector, and public policies to inform content strategies. * Support the development and strengthening of the institutional narrative. **Requirements:** * Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Experience producing content focused on advocacy, public policies, or the third sector. * Ability to translate complex topics into accessible messages for diverse audiences. * Availability for travel, including fieldwork and project monitoring. * Alignment with the values and mission of Ação da Cidadania. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with storytelling to strengthen institutional narratives. * Skill in producing short videos for social media. * Knowledge of public policies, food security, human rights, or related areas is a plus. * Sensitivity to social issues, especially combating hunger, poverty, and social inequality. * Experience in institutional relations and engagement with governments, NGOs, and companies. * Fluency in English or Spanish. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Health insurance (after 6 months of employment)
