Junior CPFR Analyst Manage the CPFR process with key clients contributing significantly to revenue, overseeing the client’s supply chain aligned with Haleon’s strategy, conducting internal interfaces, and leading high\-visibility LATAM projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strengthen relationships with clients; * Conduct a thorough monthly analysis of service indicators for clients within your portfolio to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, supporting strategic growth and market share gains in Brazil with products available at our clients and aligned with the Company’s targets; * Conduct store visits to support and accelerate the client’s replenishment chain, focusing on local inventory and adjusting purchasing parameters based on deviations identified in OSA and In\-stock metrics (LATAM visibility project); * Ensure execution of commercial agreements and alignment of delivery expectations with confidence and quality, respecting Haleon’s values, compliance requirements, and strategy, measured through key service indicators: OTIF, Fill Rate; * Conduct collaborative forecasting with key strategic clients, feeding back into the S\&OE process to ensure execution (CPFR); * Availability for travel to conduct frequent client visits across Brazil; * Collect, analyse, and interpret client feedback to identify areas for improvement in collaboration processes.
