Develop campaigns and projects to enhance the company's positive image **Grupo Seres, in partnership with a company in the sanitation sector, is seeking a professional for the position of Community Relations Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** The Community Relations Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening the relationship between the company and surrounding communities. Acting as a bridge between the organization and the local population, this professional promotes open dialogue, understands social demands, and seeks to align the company’s initiatives with the community’s interests and needs. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling field teams, delivering internal and external training, and directly engaging with residents’ associations, community leaders, and other local representatives. The role involves developing campaigns, projects, and initiatives that reinforce institutional relationships and contribute to a positive corporate image in the areas of operation. Daily activities include coordination across different company departments, site visits, participation in community meetings, and monitoring the social impact of organizational operations—ensuring ethical, transparent, and socially responsible practices. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B
