Job Summary: Lead continuous improvement projects, facilitate Lean training, coordinate the 5S program, and report KPIs to international stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Facilitate Lean Manufacturing/Office training sessions and workshops. Coordinate the 5S program, ensuring sustainability of the culture of organization and discipline. Report KPIs and align processes with international stakeholders. Participate in meetings with working groups from Germany, China, and India. **Your Qualifications** ---------------------- Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Administration, or related fields). Proven practical experience with Lean methodologies and improvement tools. Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Advanced/fluent English proficiency. Proficiency in implementing and managing 5S programs and standardization audits. Analytical profile with strong communication and influencing skills.
