




Job Summary: A results-oriented, technically proficient, and structurally minded Construction Coordinator responsible for organizing, standardizing, and managing Steel F Design's construction projects—ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety. We seek a Construction Coordinator with a structural, technical, and results-driven profile, possessing strong expertise in construction project management solutions, tools, and methodologies. The role entails organizing, standardizing, and managing Steel F Design's construction projects while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety. **This professional will serve as a key driver in advancing the maturity of construction project management, implementing processes, KPIs, operational standards, and consolidating control tools and systems. They will act as the liaison between planning, execution, and senior management, exercising technical autonomy to propose, implement, and sustain operational improvements and solutions.** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Structure and Processes * Implement and standardize construction project management processes * Define standards for planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout * Establish physical-financial progress tracking routines * Develop construction performance indicators (schedule, budget, productivity, quality) * Ensure organization and up-to-date status of project information Construction Management * Manage multiple concurrent construction projects * Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and scope * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects * Support resolution of deviations, risks, and unforeseen events * Guarantee quality, safety, and technical compliance standards Planning and Cost Management * Collaborate closely with budgeting, procurement, and supply chain teams * Ensure adherence to approved budgets * Control costs, waste, and rework * Support executive planning and scheduling * Validate progress measurements, contract amendments, and project closeouts People Management * Lead engineers, foremen, construction teams, and planning staff * Define goals, responsibilities, and priorities * Develop technical and operational teams * Ensure discipline, organization, and productivity Interface with Senior Management and Clients * Report project status to senior management * Prepare managerial reports and KPIs * Interface with clients, suppliers, and partners * Support technical negotiations and strategic decision-making TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Solid experience in construction project management * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects * Strong proficiency in: * + Planning and scheduling + Cost and progress measurement management + Drawing interpretation and technical documentation review + Physical-financial monitoring * Knowledge of industrial, commercial, or drywall construction (preferred) * Intermediate/advanced Excel **Experience implementing operational processes** **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** * Execution-oriented, structural, and results-driven profile * Strong organizational and planning capabilities * Firm and technically grounded leadership * Clear and concise communication * Decision-making under pressure EDUCATION * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields Active CREA registration (preferred) * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and manage concurrent projects Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Construction Management (preferred) * EXPECTED RESULTS * Projects delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards * Structured and standardized construction processes * Reduced waste and rework * Improved predictability of execution and cost outcomes * Enhanced operational maturity of the company
