Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with experience in complex requirements, UML, solution architecture, SQL, prototyping, API testing, and leadership in agile teams. Experience in conducting training sessions and mentoring junior analysts For this position, we seek a professional with a minimum of four years of experience in complex requirements, advanced UML, solution architecture, advanced SQL, prototyping, API testing, conducting training sessions, and mentoring junior analysts, with strong hands-on experience in agile methodologies and BPMN. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; * Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and practical application of various UML diagrams (Class, Sequence, Use Case); * Requirements elicitation and specification; * Proven experience in eliciting complex requirements (interviews, workshops) and backlog management in medium-to-large-scale projects; * Ability to architect software solutions, creating efficient and scalable data models; * Assertive communication and ability to negotiate scope and expectations with stakeholders at all levels (technical and executive); * Experience managing high-criticality incidents and conducting end-user training/knowledge transfer sessions; * Advanced proficiency in SQL; * Experience in high-fidelity prototyping using Figma; * Ability to create and manage automated API test collections (Regression and Contract Testing) using Postman or similar tools; * Ability to guide and develop junior analysts by reviewing their artifacts (documentation, models) and providing constructive feedback. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience acting informally or formally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner (PO), and ability to adapt/optimize the methodology to the team’s context; * Experience modeling high-impact business processes using BPMN and identifying bottlenecks to optimize workflow; * Fluency with GitLab, Markdown, and Wiki. **JOB DETAILS:** * Location: Centro, RJ * Work mode: Hybrid * Working hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday. * Competitive market-based salary. * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal/ Food Allowance (CAJU), Wellhub (Gympass), Health and Dental Insurance, English courses, Birthday Day-Off, and Birthday Gift Card.
