




Job Summary: The Store Operator manages shelf space, restocks products, controls inventory, and delivers exceptional customer service, also operating the cash register during peak traffic periods. Key Highlights: 1. Product shelf management, restocking, and pricing. 2. Inventory management and handling of visual stockouts. 3. Exceptional customer service and cash register operation. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and familiarity with the Linx system. * Strong prioritization skills. * Knowledge of replenishment and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Typical Day for a Store Operator:** * Manages shelf space, restocks, and prices products across all sales areas in the store. * Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, spot adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock demarcation, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on shelves. * Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and replenishment while guaranteeing personnel safety. * When approached by a customer, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good Morning, Thank You, Goodbye), guiding the customer optimally. * Delivers exceptional service at cash registers during periods of high customer traffic, and knows and follows front-end cash register procedures.
