The professional will be responsible for translating business processes into functional requirements for system development, as well as supporting technology project governance and supplier contract management. ### **Process Mapping and Optimization** * Gather, document, and analyze business processes in collaboration with internal departments. * Model processes using BPMN notation and other modeling tools. * Identify opportunities for improvement, bottleneck reduction, and efficiency enhancement. * Develop future-state process proposals (TO\-BE) with outcome indicators. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of organizational processes. ### **Business Analysis and Requirements** * Translate departmental processes and needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams. * Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. * Support backlog prioritization and product delivery planning. ### **Project and Delivery Governance** * Monitor technology projects using agile or traditional methodologies. * Track project timelines, scope, and deliverables. * Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation actions. * Prepare progress tracking reports and performance indicators. ### **Technology Contract Management** * Support management of software and IT services supplier contracts. * Verify deliveries and billed amounts against contracted scope. * Monitor contractual deadlines, SLAs, and renewals. * Assist in drafting technical requirements for new contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** To join our Talent Group, you must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis or mapping, business analysis, or technology project management. * Knowledge of process improvement and project management methodologies such as BPMN, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or PMBOK. * Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub Projects, or similar. * Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools such as Confluence or similar platforms. * Familiarity with visual modeling and collaboration tools such as Miro, Draw.io, or similar. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and report preparation. * Intermediate English proficiency, primarily for technical reading.
