Job Summary: Support data and AI analytics initiatives by contributing to data preparation, analysis, and visualization; report building; and exploratory data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to analytical automation and AI Vibra Energia's Data and Artificial Intelligence (Data & AI) area is responsible for building, operating, and evolving the company's enterprise-wide data and intelligence capabilities, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, governed, and transformed into high-impact business decisions and automations. **Job Mission** Support Data & AI analytics initiatives by contributing to data preparation, analysis, and visualization; report and dashboard development; and exploratory analyses—with emphasis on quality, traceability, and consistency. Develop technical expertise in SQL/BigQuery, BI (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), Python, and foundational GCP data concepts, while also supporting early-stage AI and AI agent initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Extract and validate data using SQL (preferably BigQuery) for analysis and KPIs * Support data quality routines (completeness, consistency, duplication, outliers, business rules) and simple reconciliations * Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities * Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Looker/Looker Studio), applying best practices in visualization and navigation * Support documentation of data dictionaries, KPIs, and calculation rules (semantic layer) * Support simple update routines (e.g., scheduled queries in BigQuery; BI refreshes, where applicable) * Interact with business areas to understand requirements and provide analytical support * Contribute to analytical automation and AI initiatives (templates, automated reports, support for analytical agents) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed degree in quantitative fields * Basic/intermediate SQL (joins, aggregations, filters, simple CTEs) * Basic Python for analysis (pandas, numpy) and notebooks * Experience/familiarity with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Looker/Looker Studio) * Familiarity with GCP (desirable: BigQuery and Cloud Storage) * *Preferred qualifications: familiarity with Git, dimensional modeling (fact/dimension), and governance/LGPD concepts* **Technical Competencies:** * Interpretation of metrics and KPIs; calculation consistency * Dataset organization/cleaning and quality checks * Writing SQL queries and critically interpreting results * Decision-oriented visualization (clarity, context, and actionability) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Curiosity and discipline for continuous learning * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Objective communication and openness to feedback * Collaboration and focus on deadlines **Additional Information** **And more—check out our benefits package:** * Health and Dental Plan – Bradesco – extendable to dependents * PAE – Financial assistance for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Benefit – Discounts of up to 85% * Supplementary Pension – FlexPrev Plan – ranging from 1% to 11%, depending on salary * Life Insurance – provided to all employees starting on their admission date, at no cost * Extended Leave – Maternity (total of 180 days) and Paternity (total of 20 days) * Meal/Voucher Allowance – Caju Benefits * Educational Assistance – For dependents through high school * TotalPass * Solar Subscription – Opportunity to obtain special discounts on electricity bills through enrollment in a distributed generation plan * Smiles Corporate Club – Up to 50% discount on Smiles plans for your travel planning.
