Supervise outsourced services and manage work orders **The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the Sanitation sector, is seeking a professional for the position of Engineering Technician I.** **Responsibilities:** * **Job Responsibilities:** * * + Perform preventive building maintenance using monthly checklists and propose improvements; + Interpret technical drawings for installations and construction projects related to water, sewage, and wells; + Supervise sanitation maintenance and construction works to ensure proper execution; + Coordinate small construction teams and assign tasks; + Supervise outsourced services regarding quality and deadlines; + Manage work orders and monitor schedules; + Control the quality of delivered construction works by comparing design vs. execution and proposing improvements**.** **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:00; Friday, 07:00–16:00 * Work Model: On-site **Work Location:** * Neighborhood or City, STATE \- Brazil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals. **Mandatory Requirements:** * + Completed Technical Education in Building Construction or related fields; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; + Prior experience leading field teams is desirable; + Driver's License Category B (permanent); + Willingness to travel.
