Job Summary: We are seeking a Registration Assistant to centralize product registration workflows, coordinating the interface among various departments to ensure accurate product launches. We are looking for a **Registration Assistant**, whose mission is to centralize Zerezes’ product registration workflows, coordinating interfaces with Product, Planning, Digital, Commercial, and Studio teams. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Create and adjust complete SKU registrations, ensuring they remain up-to-date in Protheus (ERP) and Shopify; * Enter and register tax data and ensure technical product descriptions are correctly entered into the system; * Register/modify pricing and non-technical data such as family, status, collection, and similar attributes; * Monitor product development processes to ensure all changes are reflected and updated in the registration system; * Update e-commerce photo control for SKUs; * Serve as liaison between Product, Commercial, and Digital teams to ensure all information required for product launches (in stores and online) is available on time; * Submit requests for registration, activation/deactivation of products, and kit creation—both in Shopify and at the POS—for IT. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree: currently pursuing or completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or Economics; * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; * Commitment to deadlines, ensuring each step is completed within the scheduled timeframe; **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience with Protheus (Registration module) and Shopify; * English reading proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * Curious, open to learning, and eager to propose new perspectives; * Aesthetic and refined sensibility; * Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership, with capacity for self-management to independently drive processes and resolve operational bottlenecks; * Collaborative, able to work effectively with both creative and operational teams; * Strong visual and written communication skills; * Dynamic and flexible profile, capable of working at a fast pace; **Benefits** * + **Competitive Salary**; + **Bradesco Health Plan (Inpatient Care)** — Fully covered (no cost); + **Meal/Voucher Allowance** — R$ 40 per day via CAJU card; + **Transportation Voucher** — Provided as needed, deposited onto the CAJU card, with payroll deduction as required by law; + **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); + **Psicologia Viva** (Mental health benefit — two free monthly sessions); + **Conexa Saúde** (Discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); + **Zerezes Employee Discount Program**; + **On Happy** (Leisure travel discounts); + **Corporate Recognition Program**; + **Opportunities for Professional Growth and Development**; + **Work Model:** Hybrid; + **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); + **Location:** Ipanema / Rio de Janeiro ***All our positions are inclusive of People with Disabilities (PCD) and all forms of diversity.*** Come discover why it literally hurts to call us just an “optical store”!
