Responsibilities: Analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and reviews), prepare diagnostics and customized action plans, apply menu engineering (pricing, combos, and strategic menu organization), create and monitor promotional campaigns, track KPIs, analyze competition, propose operational improvements, and conduct client meetings to present results. **Desired Education and Experience:** Practical knowledge of iFood and delivery operations; Analytical mindset with strong results orientation; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and excellent time management; Experience in data analysis and strategic menu structuring. Advantages: Prior experience in delivery operations; Experience in the food service sector; Knowledge of menu engineering.
