If you enjoy **analyzing results, improving sales, and working with delivery strategies**, this opportunity may be right for you. **Position:** Delivery Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Number of Openings:** 3 **Work Model:** On-site Main Responsibilities * Analyze delivery performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and reviews); * Develop diagnostics and **strategic action plans to improve results**; * Apply **menu engineering** (pricing, combo creation, and strategic menu organization); * Create and monitor **promotional campaigns on delivery platforms**; * Monitor KPIs and operational performance; * Analyze competition and market trends; * Propose operational improvements to increase sales; * Conduct **client meetings to present results and strategies**. Requirements * Analytical mindset and results-oriented; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and time management; * Experience in **data analysis or sales strategies**. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with **iFood or other delivery platforms**; * Experience in **delivery operations or food service**; * Knowledge of **menu engineering**.
