**About the Area:** The Innovation area is responsible for designing and enabling solutions to address Asset Servicing challenges, while also driving improvements in processes, management, and data utilization—enhancing efficiency, control, and scalability for the area. We are building the infrastructure that will promote the adoption of AI across Asset Servicing, through a coordinated program aimed at accelerating adoption, guiding use cases, and delivering tangible business outcomes. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement AI solutions for Asset Servicing, with a focus on improving productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation; * Build workflows, assistants, automations, and agents using enterprise AI tools available in the corporate environment; * Conduct testing, validation, prompt refinement, and continuous adjustments to enhance the quality and accuracy of developed solutions; * Measure and report quality and performance metrics for developed solutions; * Serve as the focal point for disseminating AI knowledge across supported business areas. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields; * Availability for fully in-person work; * Practical knowledge and experience using GenAI tools within a corporate environment; * Strong analytical ability and structured thinking to solve problems and manage multiple demands; * Clear and assertive communication skills; * Knowledge and experience in creating and refining prompts, configuring and orchestrating AI-powered agents, assistants, and workflows for business routine applications; * Advanced Python proficiency; * Database and SQL knowledge (preferably MySQL/SQL Server), as well as AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, among others); * Familiarity with automation concepts, data, tool integration, information security, data governance, and responsible AI usage in regulated environments. * Experience and knowledge in the financial services industry will be considered a differentiator; * Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies will be considered a differentiator. * Availability for 100% in-person work in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Daycare/Babysitter Assistance; * Transportation Voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Voluntary benefit plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Discount; * Nutrition Program; * Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Certified Citizen Company
