Job Summary: The Accounting and Controlling Assistant provides technical support in accounting entries, reconciliations, taxes, as well as cost and budget analysis for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting technical support and managerial analysis of costs and budgets. 2. Performs accounting entries, reconciliations, and assists with monthly closing. 3. Supports budget planning and prepares managerial reports. The Accounting and Controlling Assistant will provide accounting technical support (entries, reconciliations, taxes) combined with managerial analysis of costs and budgets (budget/forecast). Requires a degree in Accounting Sciences/Administration, advanced Excel skills, ERP system proficiency, analytical reasoning to identify financial variances, and proactivity to support decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Accounting:** Perform accounting entries, expense postings, bank reconciliations, customer/supplier reconciliations, and assist with monthly closing. * **Controlling:** Support budget planning (budget), monitor forecasts (forecast), control project-based costs, and prepare managerial reports. * **Routines:** Organize documentation and monitor internal controls. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Economics. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge. * **Knowledge:** Brazilian Accounting Standards (NBC), basic tax legislation, and cost concepts. * **Profile:** Analytical, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with closing routines (SPED ECD/ECF).
