**New Customer Prospecting:**
* Identify and map potential customers within the healthcare segment, including health insurance providers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct market analyses to identify trends and expansion opportunities for stoma and incontinence devices.
* Develop and implement customized outreach strategies for each potential customer, applying direct and digital marketing techniques where applicable.
**Existing Customer Retention:**
* Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the existing customer base through regular visits, post-sales follow-up, and continuous support.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by introducing new or improved products aligned with evolving customer needs.
**Technical Visits and Product Demonstrations:**
* Plan and conduct technical visits to customers for product demonstrations, thoroughly explaining features, advantages, and benefits.
* Prepare supporting materials—such as samples, brochures, and case studies—to assist presentations and demonstrations.
* Deliver training to customers’ healthcare teams on proper usage and maintenance of stoma and incontinence devices.
**Patient and Family Support and Guidance:**
* Provide personalized patient consultations, including stoma device fitting and guidance on care and correct usage.
* Offer emotional support and clear, accessible information to patients’ family members, promoting improved quality of life and greater autonomy in home-based care.
* Maintain detailed records of each consultation to ensure continuity of care and enable longitudinal follow-up.

* Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in stoma and incontinence care by attending relevant events, seminars, and courses.
