Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, examinations, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Technical Project Management** * Ensure technical integrity of transmission line (TL), substations (SS), and associated systems projects. * Review, validate, and approve engineering deliverables issued by suppliers and EPC contractors. * Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces (civil, electromechanical, protection and control, telecommunications, environmental). * Ensure compliance with technical standards, Integrated Management System (IMS), ANEEL/ONS regulatory requirements, and corporate standards. **Supplier and EPC Contractor Management** * Monitor technical performance of equipment, material, and specialized service suppliers. * Track manufacturing schedules, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)/Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), inspections, equipment release, and logistics. * Lead technical meetings, scope alignment sessions, action plans, and non-conformance resolution. * Collaborate with Inspection and Procurement teams to assess technical claims and scope deviations. **Project Management** * Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, S-curves, and performance indicators. * Contribute to risk analysis, mitigation plan development, and contingency monitoring. * Ensure governance traceability, alignment with the Project Management Office (PMO), action plans, and executive reporting. * Support implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS) and Lean practices applied to engineering. **Technical Coordination and Field Support** * Provide technical support to construction and commissioning teams. * Participate in inspections, technical verifications, audits, and field meetings. * Support coordination with ONS, concessionaires, consultants, and environmental agencies, as required. **Safety, Quality, and Compliance:** * Ensure application of SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) standards across engineering activities and supplier operations. * Monitor quality audits and inspection plans. * Guarantee document traceability and compliance with internal processes. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Systems thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication and mediation skills across departments and suppliers. * Analytical, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset. * High level of organization, process discipline, and document management. * Safety and integrity as top priorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements (Qualifications)** * Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields. * Experience in **Power Transmission** (TL/SS) projects or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Hands-on experience in technical management, project analysis, and interface with suppliers/EPC contractors. * Knowledge of **Project Management** (PMBOK, scheduling, risk management, KPIs). * Ability to read and interpret technical standards (ABNT, IEC, IEEE). * Willingness to travel to construction sites and manufacturing facilities. **Desirable Requirements:** * PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification. * Experience with tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI. * Knowledge of Lean Construction / LPS. * Experience with electricity sector regulatory processes (ANEEL, ONS). * Intermediate/advanced English for technical reading and interaction with international suppliers. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us forward.
