High school diploma and experience in building maintenance required **Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national residential-sector company, is seeking a professional for the role of Maintenance Agent** **Hydraulic Services:** * Installation and maintenance of cold and hot water hydraulic systems; * Assembly, welding, and sealing of copper piping; * Installation and repair of water heating systems (valves and fittings); * Identification and correction of leaks and pressure failures; * Preventive and corrective maintenance. **Civil Services:** * Laying and leveling of ceramic flooring and cladding; * Surface preparation and correction (plastering, sanding, and painting); * Minor structural and masonry repairs; * Execution of finishing touches and touch-ups in common areas; * Support in general building maintenance, as required by the condominium. electrical work safely; **Requirements:** High school diploma Experience in building, hydraulic, and general maintenance Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance routines for electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
