You will be responsible for defining service areas, orchestrating time-slot availability, and optimizing team productivity—driving efficiency and profitability at Beep Saúde. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: Define and optimize service areas: Analyze geographic, demographic, and demand data to define service area boundaries. Monitor area performance, identifying opportunities for expansion or restructuring. Ensure economic viability of service areas by optimizing costs and maximizing revenue. Orchestrate time-slot availability: Plan and manage slot supply, ensuring balance between capacity and demand. Use predictive models to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust slot availability accordingly. Monitor occupancy rates and identify opportunities to optimize slot allocation. Optimize team productivity: Analyze technician productivity data and identify improvement opportunities. Apply AI tools to optimize capacity and reduce travel time. Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. Lead indicator management: Define and monitor key KPIs for the Allocation area—including revenue per area, cost per area, occupancy rate, and productivity. Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making. Present reports and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with Sales, Operations, HR, and Technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Participate in S\&OP and S\&OE meetings to integrate demand and capacity planning. Serve as the focal point for allocation-related matters, providing support and guidance to other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Proven experience as a supply planner or in related roles, preferably within fast-growing companies. Strong expertise in data modeling and predictive analytics. Ability to work with large volumes of data and generate meaningful insights. Strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making capability. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Knowledge of data query tools (e.g., SQL).
