A professional responsible for handling equipment and materials, moving products, ensuring warehouse and yard organization, and acting as a multiplier of logistics processes.

**Your Mission:**
* Safely handle equipment and materials, perform daily checklists, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, appropriately package products using strapping, stretch wrapping, and palletizing, and identify and tag damaged products;
* Assist customers with material loading, using equipment or manually when necessary;
* Move products while ensuring correct warehouse location, verifying stock slot status before performing system stock deductions to maintain process continuity;
* Analyze information from area reports and indicators during daily activities to prevent discrepancies (demarcas), and provide overall operational support;
* Ensure availability and replenishment of high-turnover picking items according to planning strategy;
* Act as a multiplier for picking and loading processes and as a guardian of procedures, maintaining yard organization, influencing peers, and proposing continuous improvements;
* Conduct daily briefings, promote discrepancy reduction, guide peers, and continuously seek knowledge from area reports and indicators;
* Identify pain points within the area and proactively signal opportunities for improvement in picking, ED (expedition), and withdrawal processes; serve as a store and company reference through productivity and quality in picking and loading processes, acting as a multiplier;
* Interact with and sensitize colleagues at all levels and third parties, exercising counter-power during loading and identifying opportunities to prevent losses;
* Execute inventory processes for locations and materials, detecting specification variances, and identifying and completing damaged product registration forms;
* Ensure the discrepancy (demarca) process is performed daily, closely monitoring each location and material, and interpreting variable indicators to consistently improve results;
* Act as a multiplier and guardian of warehouse management processes, influencing peers and proposing improvements aimed at reducing both known and unknown discrepancies;
* Perform material loading and unloading, verify, analyze, and guarantee quantity and quality of merchandise in saleable condition;
* Notify the registration team whenever material master data updates are required, as identified during verification; identify products missing external labels or with damaged labels;
* Segregate verified products to the correct destination section, always labeling pallets according to established standards;
* Organize vehicle arrivals according to scheduled date and time, verifying available unloading space and vehicle type.
