Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Your mission is to ensure the transportation gear operates flawlessly. You will be responsible for coordinating cargo and documentation flows, ensuring the system remains up to date and delivery deadlines are met with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Flow Management:** Monitor pickups and deliveries, ensuring transportation proceeds without delays. * **Cargo Control:** Ensure accuracy between what was loaded and what appears in the system. * **Tax Documentation:** Record and verify transportation documents (**NF\-e, CT\-e, and MDF\-e**). * **Deadline Performance:** Track carriers' **Lead Time** and ensure compliance with delivery SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Logistics Control:** Execute and monitor operational activities within logistics processes, ensuring a continuous flow of materials. * **Inventory Management:** Ensure inventory accuracy and physical and systemic integrity of stock balances. * **System Updates:** Record and update all material inbound and outbound movements in the ERP in real time. * **Deadline Monitoring:** Ensure adherence to transportation and delivery schedules and SLAs, per internal guidelines. **You'll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with focus on materials management processes. * Experience working at large enterprises, especially in the Oil and Gas sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal and Food Allowance: R$ 2\.315,50 Flexible Card: R$ 570,00 Christmas Basket: R$ 1\.048,00 (once per year) PLR (Variable Compensation) Private Pension Plan Health and Dental Insurance Wellhub or TotalPass: choose whichever suits you best!
