**Job Description:**

Release vehicles and organize product deliveries to customers via utility vehicles and motorcycles; Monitor vehicle locations in real time; track route progress; idle time; deviations; incidents; daily productivity; Monitor KPIs such as: on-time deliveries; return rate; fuel consumption; driver productivity; damage rate; delivery-related complaint rate; analyze data and report results to senior management; Guide and monitor collections of goods destined for the company; Plan, adjust, and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency; Control and manage daily fleet maintenance costs by verifying invoices and financial reports; Manage outsourced services; Ensure best practices for loading and customer service; Track returns of battery casings and clutch components from deliveries and collections; Identify opportunities to: reduce delivery time; improve processes; automate controls; reduce waste; increase customer satisfaction; and implement emergency solutions for customer service; Ensure rapid communication in case of delays; handle logistics incidents; support Sales and Customer Success teams in resolving issues; Investigate logistics incidents and implement preventive actions; Ensure fleet fuel supply, monitor fuel consumption, and seek to optimize operational costs; Guarantee fleet availability through planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations; Control fleet documentation, including licensing, insurance, traffic fines, and other mandatory documents, ensuring their validity; Monitor and control validity of National Driver's Licenses (CNHs) for drivers and motorcycle riders, arranging renewals when necessary; Monitor vehicle performance, tracking indicators such as fuel consumption, maintenance cost, fleet availability, and delivery efficiency; Investigate and follow up on vehicle-related incidents, such as accidents, damages, and breakdowns, proposing corrective and preventive actions; Supervise services performed by workshops and suppliers, ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines; Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and market practices applicable to fleet management; Continuously evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development; Identify training and upskilling needs for the team, promoting technical and behavioral development of employees; Motivate and engage the team in pursuing results, quality, safety, and operational excellence; Manage team working hours, monitoring schedules, breaks, tardiness, absences, and other attendance-related incidents; Demonstrate ethical conduct, leadership, and respect for company values, serving as a role model for the team; Instruct, train, and supervise proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with safety regulations; Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), setting an example for employees; Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the company.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
Driver’s License: Category B (Category A/B preferred);
Minimum 2 years’ experience in fleet, logistics, dispatch, or transportation operations supervision or coordination;
Preferred experience in distribution, transportation, or logistics companies, especially in the automotive parts or retail sectors.
