Job Summary: The professional will assist in electrical and mechanical services, performing maintenance and assembly on equipment, and supervise the execution of equipment and facility maintenance services. Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: ETE Barra: Avenida Ayrton Senna - 1791 - Jacarepaguá - RJ.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in electrical and mechanical services; perform maintenance and assembly of mechanical equipment; * Assist in water pumping network services, including pipelines made of cast iron and carbon steel; * Assess operational conditions and performance of industrial-level rotating machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; * Read and interpret electromechanical project drawings; * Assist in retrofitting low- and high-voltage control panels; * Prepare daily service reports; * Assist in maintenance and programming of frequency inverters and soft starters; * Guide and supervise the execution of equipment and facility maintenance services; * Install, maintain, and repair the SEP (Power Electrical System); * Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules; * Provide support for purchase and service requests; * Operate welding machines, grinders, drills, torches, and oxy-cutting systems; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, as well as tools and materials; * Drive light vehicles; * Conduct maintenance and assembly of mechanical equipment; * Perform low-voltage electrical installations and repairs; * Repair electrical equipment disconnected from the production system (out of operation); * Repair electrical equipment under load or while in operation; * Electrical adaptations and improvements; lighting units and work sites by adjusting reflectors, wires, conduits, and switches, observing applicable safety standards for each work environment; * Read and interpret electrical schematics; * Program soft starters and frequency inverters; assess operational conditions and performance of industrial-level rotating machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; * Read and interpret mechanical project drawings; * Draw mechanical schematics; prepare daily service reports; * Assist in executing equipment and facility maintenance services; * Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, as well as tools and materials; * Assist in performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment, including: rotating machinery, three-phase motors, water pumping systems, chemical dosing pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic installations and maintenance—such as solenoid valves, check valves, pneumatic valves, actuators, relief valves, frequency inverters, electrical panels, air vents, among others; * Availability to be on standby; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Technical courses in Maintenance Electrician, Electromechanics, Mechanical Maintenance, or related fields; * Valid and definitive Driver’s License Category B; * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
