Send this to a friend Job Brasil, Rio De Janeiro**Job** **Billing Analyst** =========================== **Brasil, Rio De Janeiro – Full time – Apply before 24\.05\.26****What are we looking for?** We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team in Brazil. **What challenges await you?** * Manage the billing and collection processes within Brazil * Create/credit invoices; assist with adjustments and billing. * Create a database with the documents to be billed. * Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. * Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues * Assist in continuous improvement efforts * Create templates and upload invoices as required by each customer * Update and track the status of invoices. * Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections * Coordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial Teams * Generate documentation regarding local billing rules in Brazil. * Duties Supporting the Financial Control Team locally **What do we expect from you?** * Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation. * Knowledge of D365 and tools like Tableau, MS, Data Analytics is desirable. * Work with best practices to maximize area performance. * Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions * Fluent in English and Portugese
