Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly qualified Controller to manage finance, controller functions, and related processes—ensuring decision support and operational efficiency. Support to executive management with economic and strategic analysis We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly qualified **Controller** to lead the company’s financial and controller operations—ensuring data integrity, decision-making support, and efficiency across financial and operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise controller, financial planning, and cost management departments; * Develop, monitor, and analyze corporate budget and forecast; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators, and strategic financial analyses; * Monitor projected cash flow, results, and profitability by business unit; * Ensure accurate accounting, tax, and financial reporting in coordination with internal departments and external accounting firms; * Implement and enhance financial processes, internal policies, and controls; * Support executive management in decision-making through economic and strategic analyses; * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and governance; * Manage financial risks, cost-reduction opportunities, and efficiency improvements; * Lead the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller, or Business Administration; * Solid experience in controller functions, corporate finance, and strategic planning; * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, managerial income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and KPIs; * Advanced knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, and taxation; * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI/ERP tools; * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong leadership capabilities; * Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in civil construction, engineering, or real estate development; * Experience in financial restructuring and corporate expansion; * Experience in fund raising and banking relationship management.
