### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for monitoring CCTV system footage to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in the company's internal and external areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access for people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, promptly informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks.
Identifies potential accident risks or security-compromising situations and takes preventive action. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts relevant emergency services and acts to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals during more complex operations. This position requires constant attention, responsibility, strong communication skills, quick decision-making ability, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Central Region.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
* Education: Completed high school (mandatory).
* Preferred qualifications: Additional courses in security-related fields.
* Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller.
* Attention to detail and constant vigilance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Quick decision-making ability in risky situations
* Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics
* Teamwork capability and discretion
* Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or extended hours
* Preferably reside in the West Zone
* Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Basic computer literacy (e.g., using monitoring systems, completing reports, etc.)
