Calculate labor and social security charges, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Perform payroll reconciliations and support internal and external audits. Manage benefits (enrollment, removal, and modifications), ensuring timely updates and control. Administer and resolve electronic timekeeping discrepancies. Provide excellent employee support, clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, and related processes. Support occupational health and safety processes, ensuring integration with the relevant department. Act as company representative in labor hearings and conduct union negotiations when required. Contribute to continuous process improvements, seeking efficiency and innovation.
