PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Electrical Engineering) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Avenida Cesario de Melo Paciencia \| Rio de Janeiro RJ \- 23590060 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the educational axes defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or specialization in High-Voltage Networks. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **REGULATORY STANDARD COURSE:** NR10\. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – VALID CATEGORY B. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous service payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
