Job Summary: Young Apprentice focused on operational activities related to baggage receipt, handling, and dispatch, developing behavioral skills. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and attention to detail Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
