RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Assist with departmental routines; * Support report preparation; * Manage and prepare spreadsheets; * Organize files; * Send and receive departmental courier packages. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience as an Apprentice is a plus. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00; * Discount on Aviator products; * Partnerships: Open English, Descomplica, and Gympass.
