**Job Description:**
Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities in the warehouse department, controlling and executing routines related to material receipt, storage, and distribution, within the timelines and procedures established by the company. Works in an organized manner, ensuring departmental supply and maintaining inventory control.
Main Responsibilities
**Purchasing and Quotations**
* Obtain quotations from approved suppliers;
* Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms;
* Issue purchase orders in the system according to approved demands;
* Develop and maintain an updated supplier database;
* Support cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
**Receipt and Control**
* Verify materials against purchase orders and invoices;
* Check quantities, technical specifications, and integrity;
* Record receipts and issues in the management system;
* Report discrepancies and non-conformities.
**Storage and Inventory**
* Organize materials according to logistics and safety best practices;
* Monitor minimum stock levels, expiration dates, and storage conditions;
* Conduct periodic inventories;
* Generate consumption and replenishment reports.
**Distribution and Internal Logistics**
* Pick and deliver materials to construction and maintenance teams;
* Manage internal requisitions;
* Track input usage per unit/project;
* Support purchasing planning and operational scheduling.
**Additional Activities**
* Control of tools, PPEs, and uniforms;
* Management of machinery and equipment rentals;
* Logistical support during project mobilization;
* Emergency support to management.
? Requirements
**Education:**
* Completed high school.
**Experience:**
* Experience in warehousing, civil construction, building maintenance, or facilities management;
* Technical procurement experience is a plus.
? Technical Knowledge
* Procurement and negotiation processes;
* Inventory and stock control;
* Construction and building maintenance materials;
* Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel);
* Experience with management systems.

* Stockout rate;
* Inventory accuracy;
* Average requisition fulfillment time;
* Cost savings achieved through quotations;
* Non-conformity rate upon receipt.
