Job Summary: A Technical Assistant will perform cable laying, infrastructure assembly, work at heights, environment preparation, cleaning and organization, and basic connectorization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction sites, building maintenance, or industrial installations. 2. Proficiency with hand and power tools. 3. Ability to perform constant physical effort. REQUIREMENTS: **⁠ ⁠Academic Qualification: Completed elementary education** **⁠ ⁠General Responsibilities:** \* Cable Laying: Routing cables of various gauges through conduits, cable trays, and raceways (always in de-energized circuits). \* Infrastructure Assembly: Installation of cable trays, structural profiles, electrical conduits, "L"-shaped supports, and mounting of junction boxes. \* Work at Heights: Performing tasks on ladders and scaffolds to install aerial infrastructure. \* Environment Preparation: Assisting in minor demolitions required for cable routing, drilling holes using rotary hammers, and excavating trenches on the ground. \* Cleaning and Organization: Collecting cable remnants, removing demolition debris, and organizing tools at the end of each shift. \* Basic Connectorization: Assisting in cable stripping and termination onto terminals or simple connectors under supervision. Requirements and Qualifications \* Experience: Hands-on experience in construction sites, building maintenance, or industrial installations. \* Tool Proficiency: Competence with hand and power tools (drills, rotary hammers, grinders/sanders). \* Physical Condition: Ability to perform constant physical effort, such as carrying cable reels and moving heavy materials. \* Required NRs (Desirable): \* NR\-35: Work at Heights. \* NR\-10: Basic electrical safety for support roles in electrical areas. Advantages \* Knowledge of chemical (e.g., anchor bolts) and mechanical fastening methods. \* Prior experience in technical removal of materials and construction waste management.
