**Job Description:** CIEE Rio, in partnership with SERVIER, is seeking students of Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering for an Internship Program focused on the Research area. **Working Hours:** Monday from 08:30 to 15:30; Tuesday from 08:30 to 15:30; Wednesday from 08:30 to 15:30; Thursday from 08:30 to 15:30; Friday from 08:30 to 15:30. **Responsibilities:** Assist in conducting industry negotiations: pricing, delivery timelines, payments, contract terms, agreements, etc.; Analyze and review supply contracts; Process internal requisitions and place purchase orders in the system when necessary; Monitor market innovations, suppliers, technologies, and processes; Support the validation process for new suppliers; Define contractual clauses—jointly with the requesting department—including SLAs and KPIs, to evaluate and measure supplier performance throughout the contract duration; Collaborate with suppliers, Servier’s Legal Department, and Compliance team to ensure contracts are secure for Servier without undermining previously agreed-upon negotiations; Monitor negotiated processes, ensuring adherence to Purchase-to-Pay procedures; Support the Procurement Department in generating reports and performance dashboards using corporate performance tools. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering—starting from the 3rd semester; Availability to work 6 hours per day; Availability to intern for more than one year; Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is desirable. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher; Life insurance; Christmas bonus; Wellhub (Gympass). **Company Description:** The Empresa-Escola Integration Center (CIEE) is a non-profit, non-economic civil association recognized as a social assistance entity.
