A company specializing in professional and managerial development training is seeking a Construction Master in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown). Pepe Consultoria provides specialized services in corporate and strategic consulting. With an experienced team, it aims to help companies achieve their goals efficiently. **Responsibilities:** Planning, organizing, and supervising daily construction site activities. Assigning tasks and guiding internal and subcontracted teams. Monitoring service execution according to project plans and technical specifications. Ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards. Controlling the use of materials, equipment, and tools. Ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety, Environmental, and best construction-site practices. Supporting the site engineer with information on physical progress, bottlenecks, and operational needs. Resolving daily technical and operational issues on-site. Monitoring measurements of completed work. Maintaining site organization, cleanliness, and discipline. Ensuring proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment by all workers. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Construction Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
