Description
If you are a Deckhand II/4 or II/5 with experience on container vessels, we want to meet you!
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Participate in vessel maneuvering operations, occupying assigned positions;
* Assist in anchoring, weighing anchor, berthing, unberthing, entering and leaving dry docks, and any other deck operations;
* Receive onboard deck department consumables on the deck and transport them to their respective storerooms;
* Carry out all tasks assigned by the vessel's Boatswain, such as cleaning, preservation, painting, lubrication, and any other routine maintenance of deck equipment.
* Periodically inspect, when the vessel is berthed or at anchor, the condition of mooring lines, winches, shackles, capstans, mooring ropes, chafing gear, vessels possibly alongside, fenders, regulatory signals, and lights.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* CIR (Certificate of Registration and Enrollment);
* STCW II/4 or II/5;
* EBCP;
* TBS;
\- Updated NR Certificates (NR\-6 / NR\-20 / NR\-33 / NR\-35)
* International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever;
* Valid passport;
