As the **Controller Coordinator**, you will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and enhancing the company’s controller processes—ensuring the quality of financial reports, critical performance analysis (budget vs. actual), and strategic support for decision-making. We seek a hands-on professional who balances execution with analytical insight, possessing strong expertise in accounting and FP\&A. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure and lead the company's controller functions * Prepare and analyze managerial financial reports * Monitor and analyze financial performance (budget vs. actual) * Support financial planning (budget, forecast, and revisions) * Ensure consistency of accounting and financial information * Support leadership in decision-making with financial analysis * Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls * Interface with accounting and other departments across the company * Organize and structure financial data to generate insights **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in controller functions, FP\&A, or related areas * Solid knowledge of financial analysis (budget vs. actual) * Knowledge of accounting principles * Experience preparing managerial reports * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency * Strong analytical skills and data organization ability **Additional Information** *It would be great if you also had:* * Experience in technology companies or startups * Familiarity with ERP systems or financial tools * Experience in financial modeling * Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, etc.) * Experience structuring financial processes *What you’ll find here:* * Monthly service fee aligned with market standards * PJ (individual contractor) engagement model, offering technical and organizational autonomy * Service delivery preferably during business hours * Relaxed, pleasant work environment with a collaborative culture * A safe environment.
