Description

Light Conecta is seeking a MANAGERIAL INFORMATION ANALYST I to structure, develop, and automate analytical models, indicators, and corporate dashboards, integrating and transforming data from multiple sources into strategic information to support decision-making. The role involves monitoring organizational performance, ensuring the reliability, integrity, and timeliness of information, as well as supporting corporate initiatives in business intelligence, data governance, and data management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure analytical models and corporate performance indicators to support monitoring and analysis of organizational results; * Develop analytical models, corporate dashboards, and indicators to support performance monitoring and decision-making across business areas; * Integrate, cross-reference, and interpret information from various corporate systems and databases, generating strategic insights and analyses to support business areas; * Automate data consolidation, processing, updating, and modeling using advanced Excel, Power Query, and BI tools; * Support the development and tracking of indicators for HR, Finance, Facilities, and Procurement; * Assist corporate areas in building and analyzing strategic and operational indicators; * Conduct comparative analyses, forecasts, trend studies, and corporate performance evaluations; * Ensure the quality, timeliness, integrity, and reliability of published information; * Support corporate data governance, data management, and business intelligence initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and development of dashboards and managerial indicators. * Experience consolidating, processing, and interpreting corporate data from diverse systems and information databases. * Experience developing dashboards, managerial reports, and executive presentations in Power BI. * Experience automating processes and modeling data to generate indicators and support decision-making. * Preferred experience supporting corporate areas such as HR, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, or Planning. * Advanced Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX). * Advanced Excel, including Power Query and database automation. * Development and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs). * Data analysis techniques, forecasting, and trend analysis. * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data reliability. * Familiarity with tools for visualizing and presenting managerial information. * Preferred knowledge of SAP ERP and integrated corporate systems. **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance \= R$ 794.20 Amil Health Insurance: F120 \- Regional \- No monthly fee, but co-payment applies.
