Here, every Store Operator plays a fundamental role in ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers. **Position Summary:** Responsible for multifunctional operations within the store, including customer service, cash register operations, merchandise organization and restocking. Directly contributes to maintaining the store’s visual appeal, service efficiency, and achievement of business goals — always aligned with Casas Pedro’s core values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly, courteously, and attentively, understanding their needs; * Assist customers in locating products, ensuring a practical and efficient shopping experience; * Display products correctly and attractively, maintaining the store’s visual standards; * Restock merchandise and support inventory and sales floor organization; * Operate the cash register, processing sales, payments, and reconciling amounts accurately and efficiently; * Use store systems to record sales, check prices, and manage operational tasks; * Contribute to workplace organization, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations; * Support the store team across various operational demands, collaborating proactively on other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles; * Strong communication skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as per scheduled shifts. **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly Performance Bonus (based on goal attainment); * Transportation Voucher (VT); * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career development plan; * Welhurb. **Every interaction is an opportunity to delight customers and make a difference.
