IMPULSER PROFESSIONAL 2773 \- Senior Computer Vision Engineer 1\. Position Summary We are seeking a senior Computer Vision (AI) professional to design, develop, and deploy image and video processing and analysis solutions, with a focus on quality, performance, and adherence to business requirements and privacy regulations. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of in-office work and 2 remote days per week, located in the central region of Rio de Janeiro. 2\. Responsibilities and Duties Design AI/Computer Vision solution architectures, selecting algorithms and approaches (machine learning and deep learning) for use cases such as object detection, tracking, event recognition, and classification. End-to-end structuring of image and video datasets (collection, organization, versioning), including preprocessing (cropping, filtering, normalization) and data augmentation strategies. Plan and conduct labeling/curating processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and representativeness. Train and validate models using real and synthetic data, defining metrics, performing error analysis, and tuning hyperparameters for optimization. Implement and integrate inference pipelines and services with existing systems, ensuring usability and compliance with business requirements and LGPD. Develop interfaces and dashboards for result visualization, monitoring, and decision support. Monitor production models (drift, performance, availability), generate alerts/reports, and execute continuous improvement cycles. Document technical decisions, experiments, and results, promoting engineering best practices and reproducibility. 3\. Mandatory Requirements Solid professional experience (minimum 4 years) in Computer Vision/AI. Python for developing image/video processing pipelines and model training/inference. OpenCV for image and video manipulation and preprocessing. YOLO (model family) for object detection, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Git (version control) and collaborative practices (branches, code review). Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 4\. Preferred Qualifications MLOps (best practices and tools for CI/CD of models, data/model versioning, and monitoring). PyTorch for deep learning model development, training, and experimentation.
