




* Assist in food and beverage operations, serving beverages, clearing tables, and delivering orders from the pantry to servers at various points of sale (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). * Clean tables and deliver orders at various points of sale (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). * Ensure proper organization and sanitation of materials to be used. * Prepare mise-en-place for points of sale. * Present bills and collect corresponding customer payments, when required. * Assist in buffet restocking. * Assist in setting up and supplying event rooms, as well as in food and beverage services such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail receptions, when required. * Enter orders into the system, close accounts, and issue corresponding invoices, when required. * Implement the department’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Apply food safety best practices relevant to the area. * Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs.
