Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Planning Technician** **at Concrejato, you will focus on:** * Mapping and prospecting suppliers with an emphasis on cost reduction and timeline optimization; * Preparing quotation maps with comparative analysis (quantitative, qualitative, and cost-based); * Structuring and managing contracts \- including performance criteria, penalties, and addenda; * Serving as the interface and governance point for third-party companies; * Monitoring measurements and supporting billing issuance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); * Experience in people management; * Experience in resource management and budget allocation applied to corporate education; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Willingness to travel; * Residence in Rio de Janeiro; Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial construction, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
