Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a PPO COORDINATOR are:** * Coordinate the PMO for strategic operational initiatives; * Monitor schedules, deliverables, and progress of action plans; * Consolidate and track performance indicators across the network of learning centers; * Structure and facilitate forums, management rituals, and executive committees; * Ensure governance and discipline in executing strategic initiatives; * Develop business plans and feasibility studies for expansion and new ventures; * Analyze performance, profitability, and sustainability of the partner portfolio; * Assess the financial and operational health of learning centers; * Support leadership in decision-making through strategic analyses and consolidated data; * Design operational models and oversee their implementation across the network. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Operational performance management and strategic execution experience; * Corporate governance, PMO, and initiative tracking expertise; * Experience monitoring KPIs, action plans, and SLAs; * Operational and financial modeling skills, plus support for expansion initiatives; * Project management, performance management, and strategic planning experience; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI), KPI analysis, and financial modeling; * Results orientation, focus on profitability, and business financial health. **Additional Information** Work Location: Marechal Floriano, Centro \- RJ.
