We currently have an opening for a **Human Resources Intern**, supporting HR subsystems. If you are organized, curious, eager to learn through practice, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working with data and routine tasks, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support **R\&S** processes (job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, candidate follow-up, stage coordination, and ATS – **Gupy** – updates), ensuring smooth execution and consistency in deliverables. * Support the **organization and consolidation of R\&S metrics** (e.g., number of open positions, time-to-fill, conversion rates per stage, dropout rate), contributing to data consistency and traceability. * Support **DHO** in operational routines (lists, controls, communication assistance, material organization, and follow-ups), with attention to deadlines and quality. * Support **Compensation** in data control and update routines (spreadsheets, verifications, organizing information for analysis), with care and confidentiality. * Collaborate with the team and units to maintain alignment on demands and processes, adopting a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. * Contribute to continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, suggest simple adjustments, and leverage tools (including AI) to optimize routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration**, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency (tables, basic/intermediate formulas, charts; advantage: pivot tables); * Interest in learning about **Recruitment & Selection (R\&S), Human Development & Organization (DHO), and Compensation**, and in performing administrative routines and metric analysis; * Proficiency with digital tools and **AI usage** to support operational tasks; * Clear, courteous, and organized communication; * Proactive, responsible, analytical profile with strong teamwork and collaboration skills. **Additional Information** Learn about our benefits! **What We Offer:** * + Internship stipend; + Transportation allowance; + Benefits club (discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Pluxee card worth R$400.00 per month; + Training path focused on continuous learning about Artificial Intelligence; + Annual performance cycle with evaluation, feedback, and Individual Development Plan (IDP); + Outback voucher worth R$100.00 on your birthday. **Benefits provided by CIEE:** * \- SESC membership – extendable to dependents; * + \+50 online courses with certificates; + Intern Assistance Fund (FAE); + Group life insurance.
