**Your Responsibilities**

* Conduct compliance risk mapping and analysis (e.g., anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts/hospitality, donations/sponsorships, interactions with public officials, third parties), consolidate findings, and propose action plans;
* Perform continuous monitoring of compliance topics and support indicator management (KPIs/KRIs), including basic effectiveness testing, checklists, and validation of adherence to policies and procedures;
* Support compliance recommendation management, including collection, organization, and archiving of evidence, and maintenance of audit trails in accordance with internal standards;
* Draft and review compliance reports, communications, and materials (announcements, FAQs, presentations, briefings), focusing on clarity, regulatory compliance, and standardization — whether for internal or external distribution;
* Deliver and/or support compliance training (onboarding, refresher courses, thematic campaigns), tracking attendance, assessments, and records; serve as the first-level point of contact for compliance-related queries;
* Conduct IDDs (due diligences) on business partners per established procedures, escalating sensitive cases to higher levels.

### **Academic Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Law;
* Postgraduate degree in Law or Compliance is desirable.
### **Knowledge and Skills**
* Professional experience in legal departments or compliance functions within companies or law firms;
* Experience in Internal Audit processes and compliance controls;
* Knowledge of Legal and Corporate Compliance;
* Advanced English proficiency for speaking, writing, and reading;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
