If you want to develop your skills, transform lives, and build a career in the Systems Analyst field, apply now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement, configure, administer, and maintain systems used by the school (e.g., TOTVS RM, Plural Platform, and others); * Create and maintain tutorials to assist users in performing their daily tasks; * Develop and maintain reports from operational systems (e.g., TOTVS RM reports); * Keep system and database documentation up to date; * Provide training and support to system users; * Manage communication with system vendors (e.g., TOTVS) to resolve requests (e.g., consultant scheduling, needs assessment, incident reporting and tracking); * Research and present studies on technological resource optimization to improve system performance and modernize resources; * Gather requirements for new system projects from relevant departments; * Guide and support Technical Support staff in system-related activities; * Report system-related needs and difficulties to the IT manager for process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical High School or Bachelor’s degree in IT; * Knowledge of SQL; * Technical knowledge of TOTVS systems, specifically the Educational and Financial modules; * Familiarity with other TOTVS modules is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance
