Main responsibilities:
Provide technical support to laboratories and the realistic simulation center, including configuration and maintenance of networks, equipment, and audiovisual systems. Operate simulation, lecture recording, and live streaming software to ensure system stability and immediate support for academic activities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Required qualifications:
* Completed high school and technical education in Information Technology or related field;
* Experience operating audio mixing consoles, robotic PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras, ambient microphones, and lecture recording software (e.g., B-Line Medical, LearningSpace) to stream real-time scenarios to the observation or debriefing room;
* Experience installing, configuring, and supporting realistic simulation software: Laerdal, CIVIAN, CSAMECK, Anatomics, among others;
* Experience providing technical support and maintaining computers and local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi);
* Experience maintaining high-tech hardware and automation systems;
* Ability to work effectively in academic and realistic simulation environments.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month
