Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development. Description: Wega Marine is seeking an INVENTORY CONTROLLER to join our team. This professional will be responsible for inventory control, system recordkeeping and data entry, as well as supporting administrative and operational routines within the department, ensuring that logistical processes are carried out efficiently, orderly, and within established deadlines. Responsibilities: * Control physical and systemic inventory, recording receipts, issues, and adjustments; * Perform data entry, updates, and verifications in the management system; * Support receiving, verification, storage, and shipment of materials; * Prepare material movement reports and logistics performance indicators; * Perform administrative tasks related to the department. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics/Administration is preferred); * Prior experience in inventory, shipping, and logistics; * Proficiency in Excel and Sankhya systems (a plus); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
