Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the gym’s daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, routine organization, team supervision, and excellence in service. The professional will be responsible for overseeing operations, monitoring proper service functionality, and contributing to continuous daily improvements within the company. Responsibilities: * Lead and monitor team performance * Organize internal routines, scheduling, and operational standards * Monitor services, infrastructure, and equipment * Ensure service quality and student support * Resolve daily tasks independently and with effective communication * Facilitate internal communication and maintain a harmonious work environment * Identify improvement opportunities and propose process adjustments Qualifications: * Experience in operations management or team coordination (preferably in gyms or related fields) * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Aptitude for handling practical and administrative routines * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable * Familiarity with digital tools for organization, service delivery, and operational control Note: The salary range will be disclosed in the next stage, based on the final role definition.
